Supplier Audit

During suppliers selection of food products there are some cautions to be considered about product quality and food safety to the end-consumer. According to this we are able to offer the following services:

Verification of sanitary conditions of establishment: building sanitary structures, personnel hygienic behavior, process flow, storage conditions, freezing conditions, equipment maintenance, uniform and gloves care, water and ice supply, package system, sanitary facilities.

Food safety programs evaluation: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Standard Sanitation Program (SSOP), water and ice potability, metal detector utilization, pest control and veterinary drug residues.

Quality system evaluation: non-conforming products, corrective actions, internal audit, incoming material receiving, finished product liberation, preventive maintenance.

Production verification: we can watch production process of your product when there is a new supplier or when there is a new product to be done by an approved supplier.
